Fond du Lac- Maintenance Position -Compensation depends on skill level & experience. This is a part-time position with flexible hours during the week and the weekend. (Approximately 10-30 hours per week). Maintenance items in apartment complex. We are looking for someone who is responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy needing only minimal supervision. We are Looking for someone wanting long term employment. Person would be responsible for turning apartments over for new residents, general maintenance. Handyman background is valued. Will need own transportation and needs to reside in the Fond du Lac area. We conduct a background and possible drug check for all employees. Watertown- Maintenance Position- Full Time- Need someone IMMEDIATLELY!
Compensation depends on skill level & experience. We are looking for someone for general property maintenance, repairs, interior, exterior work and other duties related to building maintenance. We really need someone who is responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy. Looking for someone who is self motivated, can work alone or with others, and can work without a bunch of supervision. Will need maintenance background. Some computer skills are needed with our work order tracking system. We are Looking for someone wanting long term employment. We conduct a background and possible drug check for all employees. This position would include a company vehicle for those over 21 yrs of age and valid drivers license will be needed.
